What we've committed to

You're considering putting an AI on your storefront that will talk to your customers without you in the room. That's a real amount of trust, and "trust us" isn't an argument.

Seven public commitments

These aren't values-statement decorations — each one has a cost we've accepted, and each one is something you can hold us to.

  1. The AI says "I don't know"

An AI that guesses confidently is worse than no AI at all, because your customer believes it. QUIRA is built to decline and escalate rather than improvise. The cost: our resolution rate is lower than it could be. We resolve about 77% of conversations without a human, and we could push that number by letting the AI attempt more. We'd rather report a smaller honest number than a bigger dishonest one.

  2. We tell you when a competitor is better

Every comparison page on this site has a section explaining when the other product is the right choice. Our sales calls work the same way. The cost: deals we don't close. We think a customer who signs up for the wrong reasons churns in two months and tells people, which is more expensive than the lost sale.

  3. Your data is not our product

Your conversations and product data are never used to train AI models. We don't sell data, share it with third parties for their own purposes, or build products out of what we learn from your store. The cost: an asset we've chosen not to build.

  4. We publish our prices

Our pricing is on the website. No "contact sales for a quote" as the only path, no discovery call before you're allowed to know what it costs. The cost: we can't price-discriminate by how much a customer seems able to pay. That's the point.

  5. Leaving is as easy as arriving

Cancel from your dashboard. No retention call, no notice period, no exit process, no export fee. Your data comes with you. The cost: some churn we'd otherwise have prevented with friction. We'd rather earn the renewal.

  6. Guardrails belong to you

You define what QUIRA can promise, what it can discount, how it sounds, and when it must fetch a human. The AI operates inside boundaries you set, not boundaries we chose for you. The cost: more configuration surface to build and support than a one-size product would need.

  7. We support disclosure

We think customers should know when they're talking to an AI, and some jurisdictions require it. QUIRA supports clear labeling and we'll always recommend using it. The cost: a small measurable dip in engagement when the label is on. We think it's the right trade.

A principle nobody can check isn't a principle

Every claim above is either something you can verify in the product, something written into our terms, or something you'll see in your own transcripts within a week of installing.

If we break one of these, tell us. hello@quira.ai reaches the people who make the decisions, and we'd rather hear it from you than read it in a review.

If we ever change one of these principles, we'll say so on this page and date the change rather than quietly editing it.
