If you can expose the data QUIRA can sell from it

Headless, custom-built, ERP-driven, or a platform without a native connector yet. The Custom API is available today.

The integration changes. The agent does not.

Every native connector is a wrapper around the same engine. Custom API is that wrapper, written against your endpoints instead of a platform we already know.

The usual first job on a custom stack is the AI Support Desk: order status, returns, and policy lookups against your records.

The fields we need

  1. Products

Identifiers, titles, attributes, and the fields shoppers ask about.

  2. Inventory

Availability at the level you sell — SKU or variation.

  3. Pricing

The price this customer would pay, including active promos if you have them.

  4. Orders

Enough to answer where is my order without a ticket.

Questions

How long does a custom integration take?

Most stores already expose the data. A 30-minute technical call is usually enough to know.

Is this a reduced product?

No. Same agent, same guardrails, same trial.

TLS and encryption?

Transit is TLS 1.3. Data at rest is AES-256. Confirm this against your actual infrastructure before treating it as a contractual claim.
