Real stores real numbers

We don't have customer case studies yet. Here's what we do have.

Most young companies fill this page with anonymized stories that can't be checked, or with statistics borrowed from industry reports and presented as their own results.

We'd rather show you the one dataset that's actually ours and tell you exactly how it was measured.

First month in production

  1. 1,600+ conversations handled

Real customers on a live store, over roughly four weeks.

  2. 77% resolved without a human

Roughly three in four conversations closed in the chat with no handoff.

  3. 23% escalated

Refund disputes, damaged shipments, policy exceptions, and anything QUIRA judged it shouldn't handle alone.

  4. Every language customers wrote in

    No configuration, no per-language setup.

Methodology

Measured across a single live production store on OpenCart during QUIRA's first month of operation. A conversation counts as resolved when it closed without escalation to a human agent. It's one store, one month, one catalog — a data point, not a benchmark. Your numbers will depend on catalog complexity, question mix, and how much documentation you connect.

Why this page is honest instead of impressive

We could have written three anonymous case studies with invented percentages. Plenty of companies at our stage do, and nobody checks.

But the entire argument for QUIRA is that it tells your customers the truth about your products. It would be strange to make that argument on a page that wasn't telling you the truth about us.

When we have merchants willing to be named and share numbers, they'll be here — with their permission and their methodology.

Early merchants get more than a discount

We work closely with the stores running QUIRA now: direct access to the people building it, feature requests that actually ship, and pricing locked in for as long as you stay. If you'd be willing to share results publicly once you have them, tell us — there's more in it for you than a logo placement.
